Loading an Existing Simulation

For this tutorial, you are provided with a simulation file that contains pre-defined objects.

Load the initial simulation:

Launch Simcenter STAR-CCM+.

Note	To start this tutorial, you can open one of two versions of the simulation file: the one that you created locally (if applicable), or a previously solved simulation file that is available online.

Select File > Load Simulation...
In the Load Simulation dialog, click Browse...
In the Open dialog, navigate to the heatTransferAndRadiation folder of the downloaded tutorial files.
Select SurfaceToSurfaceRadiationThermalInsulator_final.sim then click Open.
In the Load Simulation dialog, click OK.
Save the simulation as solarCollector.sim.
