Preparing the File Structure

For this tutorial, you are provided with a starting GT-SUITE simulation file, containing the engine analysis, and the intake manifold Simcenter STAR-CCM+ volume mesh. Copy these files to your working directory.

Navigate to the couplingWithCaeCodes folder of the downloaded tutorial files.
Copy manifoldGT-SUITE.ccm to your working directory.
In the working directory, create a subdirectory called caseFilesGT-SUITE.
Navigate to the couplingWithCaeCodes/caseFilesGT-SUITE_2022 folder of the downloaded tutorial files and copy CFDCoupling_Start.gtm and CFDCoupling_Setup.chemkin_GT.dbs to the caseFilesGT-SUITE subdirectory.

This structure makes it simpler when specifying the GT-SUITE simulation in Simcenter STAR-CCM+.
