Planning Actions to Record

At this stage you can consider any additional actions to perform in the final macro, such as exporting plots and scenes.

Include additional steps in the plan to help with post-processing the results of each simulation. Export hardcopies of the Residuals plot and Velocity Magnitude scalar scene, as well as a STAR-View+ file of the Streamlines scene. Using this technique, the results of each simulation can be compared without needing to open each one individually.

Record the following actions:

Set the initial velocity
Set the inflow velocity
Clear any previous solution
Run for x iterations
Get a value for the drag coefficient
Save a hardcopy of the Velocity Magnitude scene and Residuals plot
Save a STAR-View+ file of the Streamlines scene
Save the simulation
