FW-H Unsteady Model Reference

The Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings Unsteady model makes available the On-the-Fly FW-H and Post FW-H models.

Provided By [physics continuum] > Models > Aeroacoustics Models
Example Node Path Continua > Physics 1 > Models > Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings Unsteady
Requires
  • Material: one of Gas, Liquid, Eulerian Multiphase, Multi-Component Gas, Multi-Component Liquid
  • (For Eulerian Multiphase, Multi-Component Gas or Multi-Component Liquid, further models are required to expose the Flow models.)
  • Flow: Segregated Flow or Coupled Flow
  • Time: Implicit Unsteady
  • Viscous Regime: Laminar or Turbulent
  • Optional: Aeroacoustics
Activates Physics Models Post FW-H (when Auto-select recommended models is deactivated). See Post FW-H Model Reference.

On-the-Fly FW-H. See On-the-Fly FW-H Model Reference.

Model Controls FW-H Surfaces, FW-H Receivers. See Working with FW-H Surfaces and Working with FW-H Receivers.
