Program Files Reference

You can use a program .prg file as a circuit element to specify a procedure to be run within a battery circuit, such as a charge-discharge cycle.

Batteries > Program Files

Program Files Right-Click Actions
Load
Provides an Open dialog in which you select the .prg file.
Program Files > [program file] Right-Click Actions
Create Circuit Element
Creates a circuit element, which is used to connect the electrical load to the battery module.
Reload
If you have changed the program data outside of the simulation, for example, by modifying the .prg file in Simcenter Battery Design Studio, this option reloads the program file data into the simulation.
To reload the data, the name and path of the .prg file must be the same.
Export
Allows you to save the data in a .prg file.
Program Files > [program file] Properties
File Name
Displays the path to the .prg file.
Program Data
Displays the data that is contained in the .prg file.
