Extracting the Air Volume

Define the air domain that fills the void between the chamber, the test rig, and the chip package.

To extract the air volume:

Right-click the QuickParts node and select Create Extract Volume.
In the Edit dialog, set Extract Volume Domain Defined By: to QuickParts and/or Construction Geometry.
Next to the QuickParts and/or Construction Geometry text box, click Select....
In the Select Objects dialog, select the Chamber and Table QuickParts and click OK.
Click OK.
An Extract Volume QuickPart appears in the tree.
Save the simulation .
